Drug Industry & The Law
Politicans decide to punish the drug industry and in doing so punish consumers and patients
Oct/31/2009 07:23
The drug
industry took a big hit in the House bill. For
elderly people who are eligible for both Medicare
and Medicaid, the bill mandates rebates from the
drug makers so that the Medicare system ends up
paying less. Those rebates are estimated to cost
the industry $60 billion over a decade. What will

because that is a presentation on its own but this is a great way
to open doors and get marketers talking with legal and regulatory
people because in the end it's about patients. To

them factual? Social media noise can drown out
the facts and the fact is that there is a lot of
noise about both the healthcare debate and a
variety of prescription drugs.
