Will ADHD patients follow Shire via Twitter ?

Shire has
launched an
ADHD site via
Twitter and you have
to wonder if in fact patients and consumers
are going to follow Shire in an era of
mistrust. Right now most of the 190 followers
are within the industry and Shire seems to
have gotten around regulatory requirements by
not allowing feedback (followers). Note to
Shire people:
Social media is a conversation and that
conversation involves listening as well as
talking.
